I am confused and frustrated by the contacts window. I would like my contacts to be all listed Lastname, Firstname When I bring up a contact, File As is lastname, firstname as I would like, but it is diplayed in the outlook contacts as firstname lastname

address book: contacts window Looking for a contact, cannot find by name. works for microsoft. select all fields, type in microsoft, no search results though I can SEE contacts with @microsoft.com in their email.

re: outlook 2003: when generating a new e-mail my address will not load up from my contacts folder. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated onresolution of this issue! Douglas

When I open a new e-mail and select the <To> button the global address book is the defaulted address book. I would like to make my contacts folder precede this global address book and come up first. I am running Outlook 203. Thanks

How can a sort messages by the email address. If I click on the "From" field, it has messages listed by various alias (i.e. "File as"). The same email address can have several different alias', so I often can't find all the emails from one email address.

I have created 4 categories of contacts that correspond to my 4 different email addresses. If I right click on a contact to send a new message the return email address always becomes the default one instead of the unique return email

Importing contacts from one PC to another, using Excel as the 'carrier', the imported files show up correctly in Outlook EXCEPT that all the EMails are eliminated in the new imported material. Suggestions?
