I have a working microphone on my pc, but when I make a phone call through Outlook the person on the other end of the line can't hear me, I can hear them. I use windows Live for voice, which works fine.

When I search for a contact in OL2003 address book I would like to click on a link to automatically send an email to the contact instead of having to copy the email address and then paste it in to an email message. Is there a way to do this in OL 2003?

I have MS Office XP Pro with Outlook 2002. When I try to export contacts in CVS (windows) format, I get to the step: "Select folder to export from", but no folders or files appear in the box. What could be the problem?

I set my default browser to be Firefox, I click a link in Outlook it opens fine. When I close Outlook and reopen it and then try to click a link I get an error saying "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions on this computer." The only way I can get it to work again

If I open a new form then save it its all good but if i then try to edit this new contact, the VB script in the form is disabled and events do not take place (eg at contact item write). Some things I've tried:

When saving new address, I have used the check name icon, when I logoff and logon to my account, all the save address disappear. The saved address only appears during the time I logon, after I logoff and logon again, they are clear.
