Just curious if anyone knows how to get the Personal Address Book to show
with the Global Address List?? I set up a Distribution List, however it says
Address not found and makes me manually get every name because in the "Show
Names from the:" drop down menu it does not show my ...

Either you can't do this, you have program it using scripts or macros (which
I have no clue how to use), or it's an easy fix that I havent been able to
figure out yet.

whereby if one updates a contact then the corporate folder gets updated.

I am trying to export the address book from Netscape 4.7 to Outlook 2003 and
to Entourage for MAC. Any suggestions on how to do it? I've read that we
would need to import it to Outlook Express and then to Outlook 2003 or
Entourage. Is there an easier way of doing it?

My distribution lists show up before the alpha sorting of my contacts, but
they are not in any particular order that I can see.  I want to sort them
alphabetically also.  Is there a way?

When starting to write an email adress a smart tag window appears with all
contacts that start with the same letter. How do I delete some of the
