hi, I've just foolishly sync my mob with my outlook6 address book and have
lost my entire contacts for my mobile, is there a way i can recover this?
Please help!

Just started using Outlook.  When I try to send an email to anyone on my
contacts list, I get the following information box:
"The Operation failed.  An object could not be found."
An 'OK' button is the only possible response and the email doesn't get sent.

I need to forward 100+ contacts to someone. While I can do them all in one
email, the reciever then has to open and save each one individually. Is there
an easier way?

In Outlook 2002 I had 971 contacts, including a few distribution lists.  
After getting a new machine with 2003 version (w/sp2) and viewing my contacts
164 are missing, including 1 distribution list.

I am beta testing the Office 2007 which comes with the Microsoft Outlook
2007. After all these years of just not using Outlook because of many issues
I decided to give it a try. However after 10+ years of having the same
hotmail address I want to move all those contacts over to ...

We have no problem sending vcard when we use action,foward as vcard.
But when we either drop a contact in a message or attach it it is sent
as a message and comes out as a blank web page.
If there a way to have it send as a vcard by default?

It must be simple, but it's bothering me now for a couple of hours and I
cannot find a solution. I must be doing very obviously wrong. Hope someone

we have 2 computers, both  have outlook 2003.
when i export my contacts as csv from computer1 i have  columns A - BI (the
last one is position)
But when i export the contacts as csv from computer2 i have columns A - CN

I am using Outlook 2003 in Windows XP Home. I received an email with at
least 50 email addresses of old classmates in to: line. I want to create a
distribution list and move these ( or copy them) into the new list without
doing one at a time. Surely there is a way to move them ...

Any thoughts on importing my MSN contacts into Outlook 2007 since there is no

The end user states that the area codes changes during an import from an

I have a bunch of fax #s in the Microsoft built in fax software. I installed
Outlook. Now when I fax, it uses the Outlook Contacts.
I'd like to import those MS Fax #'s into Outlook.

I need your help. I could not do the above as mentioned. When I right click
on the properties of the contacts and go to Outlook Address Book Tab, the
check box for the "Show this folder as an email Address Book " is blocked.

I want to view contacts by phone list.  Then select numerous contacts.  Is
there a one-stroke way to assign them all to a new Category I have created?
Or must I do them one byone?

I would like to change the drop down menu options when you flag a contact.  
Is this possible?
