I have a user who gets a different dialog box when they use the "Find a Contact" search feature in Outlook 2003. After tyoing in a name and pressing enter, most users seem to get a "Choose Contact" dialog, he gets a "Check Name" dialog.

In Active Directory, which my company uses as the address book, the display name is present, but for one particular user, their address in the "To:" box ALWAYS resolves to their full email address rather than their display name. Why could this be happening?
