I'm trying to add a shortcut of the networkfolder "BOB JONES" in my contact
- So i got all info from the network( docs, excell etc.. ) centralized and
easily in reach via my contacts - but a shortcut doesn't work... Anybody got

I am using Outlook 2003 in a single user environment.  I previously was
using older versions and just continued using the same pst file.  When I
look at the profile it shows my file format is "Outlook 97-2002 Personal
Folders File (.pst)".  I see that there is also a file format ...

I want separate contact lists.

The search facility does not work in Contacts. I have tried to repair and
reload but I get the same outcome.
Any ideas on how to activate this facility please.

I change Outlook PST files occasionally for my mail. However, I want to keep
my contacts together  in a separate PST file because of the changing  mail
content PST files. I have a separate PST file for contacts. I can manually
enter and use names, etc into/from the separte PST ...

In my contacts folder (Outlook 2003) I have contacts with 2 different icons.  
One type is the standard icon that looks like a little business card.  The
other type is the same little business card, but also has a little circle in
the lowerright corner of the business card ... ...

when email people in mass with mail merge, how do u make it so that the
person recieving the email only sees their own address or name? as im sending
out a letter to our club members but i want to restrict the information of
who its going to for privacy regulations etc.

I cannot use the Business Contact Manager at all... When I open Outlook, I
immediately receive an error message. I have to close Outlook and take
Business Contact Manager off from the properties menu... I NEED to be able to
use this program properly.

Outlook is now showing a 1 before all the local numbers when I add a new
contact.

I have a (new) exchange account, accessed through Outlook web Access, but
nowhere can I find a handy 'import contacts' button to import my contacts.  I
do not wish to spend hours laboriously typing in 400 addresses.  Help!

how do I easily delete duplicate contact records in Outlook 2002?

Trying to display Contacts folder, error message appears saying outlook.pst
is in use and could not be accessed, close all programmes and try again.

I need to obtain an employees outlook rolodex. The employee has the
app/service  installed, but on my computer I can not find out how to obtain
the app or how to transfer the rolodex. Any ideas? Thanks.

I emailed a group of contacts to load onto a new computer.  Both are Windows
XP.  When I opened the emailed contact, it just opens like an email message.  
How do I get it to open in my contact section, in the template it was in?  Or
any suggestions for other means (not email) to ...
