How do I keep Outlook Express email addresses from printing in my Contacts in
Microsoft Outlook?  Thanks.

We recently changed our email address from username@isp.net to
username@domainname.com.  A few issues however:
1)  Currently all users are now using username@domainname.com.  However, I
need to know the best means to update all Contacts on the local machines

Hi all I have just getting used to outlook and using the rules wizard to move
emails from certain email address to certain folders.
Now the way I have set this up is to save the email address, then add it
into the specified from field.

Bought a new computer and am trying to import my Outlook Contacts and In Box.
I have saved as a .pst file on a CD.  However, when I try to import on new
computer I get the following message:  File access is denied.  You do not
have the permission required to access the file D ...

I would love it if there were a plug in for Outlook where I could open a
contact while on the phone with a client, and enter notes that would
immediately be dated and timestamped when I hit enter. Is there such a thing
and I can't find it?

I don't want to delet the appointment after I have kept it I just want to
record that fact that indeed I keept the appointmnet.

I know I can manually attach letters to a contact card.  However, can I do it
automatically following a mail merge?  In other words, is it possible to link
the letter to all recipients without going in to each individual card?

In Outlook 2003 Contacts, I like to use the option to right click on a
Contact, and then "Copy Here as Message With Text" to send the Contact to a
co-worker.  I notice that Outlook seems to include the "Personal" fields in
this process, for instance, "Birthday" and "Spouse."  ...

Please help me with my 3500 contacts I have in my outlook which I need to:
1) Place in alphabetical order by name.
2) Place in numerical order by street.
3) Cross reference between my bill to (mailing) address field and ship to

For some weird and unknown reason, logging in my PC windows pop-up an error
message that I have lost all my customizations.
I created a new account in mi computer and moved all my documents to the new
account and recovered a few of those customization.

I have catagory folders in under my "Contacs" how can i create a subfolder
under a catagory ie create company names under a group.
