I would like my groups to always be collapsed when I start Outlook and view my contacts. I know that I could do this with an earlier version of Outlook. I don't know how to do this with Outlook 2003.

I have noticed that when you add a new contact in Outlook, there doesn't appear to be the option at the bottom of the window to add your new contact to a group, such as family, business, VIP etc. In the main contacts window, there is a link to Add New Group. I clicked

When I attempt to use a specific distribution list, ie: distribution listA, the contacts that show up are from distribution listB. Any suggestions why this is happening?

I imported a outlook 2000 pst file into outlook 2003. Now there are two contact lists. One is emypy and the other has the list I imported. The empty contact list seems to be the deflaut. When I try to pick a contact to send email the dialog box has no contacts.

I have upgraded my computer hard drive, and want to migrate my Outlook 2003 information to the new hard drive. I still have the old hard drive connected to the computer so that I can transfer files, etc. I will later reformat the old drive.

When I open my contacts list, I see the name and below it the address, phone number, etc. When I open a distribution list, the name and address are on one line, every entry is a single line. Is there a way to make my distribution list look like my contacts list when open?

I would like to use my headset (usb) to make phone calls from outlook 2003 contacts database. I can get the dialer to dial but it will not activate to headset. Is there a configuration to make this work?
