How can I edit the contact default form?
I simply want to add one line for "Department" under the "Company" line.
I tried designing a new form by simply adding this field but the resulting
form is different.  For example in the default form I could click on for

Why, if I have a fax number saved in the Contact's record, as well as their
email address,  the contact will appear twice in the “Send To” drop down
list?  When you click one, the email address is added to the distribution
list, and if you click on the second appearance of the ...

I know there's a way to fix this, but I can't find or remember it.  Outlook

In a message, I go to pick an address and my outlook is defaulting to a

I would like my groups to always be collapsed when I start Outlook and view
my contacts.  I know that I could do this with an earlier version of Outlook.

I have noticed that when you add a new contact in Outlook, there doesn't

I imported a outlook 2000 pst file into outlook 2003. Now there are two
contact lists. One is emypy and the other has the list I imported. The empty
contact list seems to be the deflaut. When I try to pick a contact to send
email the dialog box has no contacts.

I want to avoid sending repetative emails to contacts because their names are
in my distribution list and still in the contact list.  Can I have the
contacts appear only in the distribution list?

I have upgraded my computer hard drive, and want to migrate my Outlook 2003
information to the new hard drive. I still have the old hard drive connected
to the computer so that I can transfer files, etc. I will later reformat the
old drive.

I am trying to select the option to enable the "suggest names while
completing to, cc, bcc". however the whole section "When sending a message"
is greyed out.

When I open my contacts list, I see the name and below it the address, phone
number, etc.  When I open a distribution list, the name and address are on
one line, every entry is a single line.  Is there a way to make my
distribution list look like my contacts list when open?

I can get the dialer to dial but it will not activate to headset.
