I want to set up so that I can send one e-mail to multiple people at the same
time with out having to type in each persons address each time. How do I set

How do I enter a Contact's birthday in OL?  I know I can enter the date as,
e.g., 7/28 and that's what will show up.  And I will get reminders as the
next 7/28 approaches.  However, the guy's birthday shows up as 7/28/06,

I do not use an exhange server but I would like Outlook to open up to a

the folder list.  Is there any way to add these back to the folder list as a

I attempted to search my contact list using the last 4 digits of a contact's
phone number. Outlook 2007 did not find the number, but the contact was
there. The number was stored in the "Other" field. Searching for the last 4
digits of phone numbers in other fields works just fine ...

I have Outlook 2003 and in my personal folder list have the default "Contacts

What is a good way to set up emergency contacts in Outlook and have it so

I just changed to a new computer at work.  Now, every time I enter a phone
number into the contacts, it changes the format to (xxx) xxx-xxxx.  This is
