At our company, we cannot create .pst files.  Is there a way to share a
Distribution List?  The person asking the question does not want to share her
main contacts folder.  Is there a way to share a subfolder?

Hi I have a client with a clean install of XP and Office including Ootlook
2003.  I have tried to make distribution lists on her system and it save the

I had a recent Hard Drive crash.  I was able to pull data from this drive,
but I dont know where to find my Outlook2003 contact file.  Would like to
move to my newly reconstructed drive.  Can someone tell me what file hold
this information for each user?  I was using XP.

The import/export command on the File menu in Outlook 2003 is not there.
I've reinstalled; detected & repaired; and spent 3 hours on the internet.

My new computer has all the Contacts from my old one but Outlook will not
'use' the Contacts or the Distribution Lists.  How do I fix this when the
Contacts already appear in my Contact List?

i setup the mapi user profiles with a prf file, but i don't know a way
to activate to of my contact folder from my public folders for usage as

How can I enter more than 3 email addresses for one contact.  Can I enter
them on the 1st line with comma's or semi-colons?  I tried with comma's and
it doesn't seem to work.  Some of my contacts have up to 7 email addresses.

I have a mailing list of about 20 contacts. The content of each email is the

Does anyone know to make Outlook automatically add all email addresses for a
specific contact when sending an email.  Normally, we must choose only 1
