I have sorted my contacts by the "File As..." field, but they still aren't

address, phone, email address, etc. but no contact. Only a gray line.

When a new contact is opened, I want the default (1st) phone, address, etc.

In Outllok, when I hit New Message and then the "To" button - it brings up a
window with a list of all the names in my Outllok Address Book. Some of the
names are shown 3, 4 and 5 times. Each one shows something different like the
email address, phone number, fax number... How ...

I use Outlook Connector. If I add a contact to my Hotmail/MSN contacts,
Outlook synchronises, no problem. If I add a contact to Outlook, it doesnt
