I just purchased the Motorola Q phone, and have two Contact lists on my
office PC.  I only want to "Sync" one of them.  In Active Synce, when I try
to click on Settings atthe Contacts line, the Settings is not highlighted.
Is there a way around this??  It's driving me insane

I am trying to send an email to a contact that has 2 email addresses.
How do I send it to both email addresses? (Email 1 and Email 2)

I'm attempting to use my contact information as a vcard insert to all my
outgoing mail.  I opened my contact information and from the file menu I
chose Export to VCard file.  I next created a signature and inserted said
vcard as part of my signature, however, the inserted vcard ...

I have 19 distribution lists with just e-mails on them, no names or contacts
attached.  I want to transfer all these e-mails to excel or better yet to an
html document so i can search through them and delete old e-mails.  Is there
any way to do this?  Everytime I use the export ...

I've read the posts regarding this question and haven't had any luck.  I go
to Contacts, Tools, Options, Contact Options and can only change name and
filing options (last, first, etc).  I cannot find Show this address book
first.

I would like to able to access the Global Access List when I go into my
Contacts page in Outlook, is that possible? How?
And how can I include it in the "Search In" List?

I wanted to share my contacts list i newly created in a new contact folder
called "New Contacts".  I have granted the necessary people to access but no
avail.  I don't want to use my default "Contacts" to share out.  Is there any

Can you edit the name of a phone number type? ie: change 'Primary' to
'General'. I want to do this so the sync with my nokia phone works correctly.

I am using Outlook 2002 in Office XP in Windows 2K.
Each time I create a 'dialing rule' to dial a contact, and select the radio
button relating to that rule I expect that it relates only to the contact
that I have selected but instead it changes all the contacts and applies the

The last step of importing contacts is to pick a folder.  I have NO folders
to choose from.  Why not?  I have many contacts already in my Outlook.

I am trying to export my database to into Visio so I can automatically create
org charts. I am having a problem with the names.
If I have a contact named John Smith, Outlook exports the name as SmithJohn
in the name field. That is what Visio keys off of (manager name) to figure

We keep our client list in Public Folders.  We want to prevent people
from copying and pasting them into another document and sending them
off site.
This is a huge security issue for us.  We do not want employees walking

We need to export all private contacts for all users in our Exchange
organization to SQL. Exmerge seems to only export in PST format. CSVDE only
exports LDAP information. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this? Many

How can I export a PUBLIC FOLDER?  When I get to the point of choosing the
folder to export, the Public folders do not appear.
