Using distribution lists, a user updates lists, adding and removing names. From time to time, an email goes to an old deleted address. We've tried to go in, find it and remove it, and cannot find it. Any ideas?

After the access number and calling card number have been dialed, the destination number is not. About 4 numbers, I don't know what they are, are dialed before the designated time (wait for prompt) of 10 seconds, then nothing.

The Outlook contact forms are poorly designed. Why not have a tab for personal information, a tab for family information, a tab for employment information, a tab for hobbies and interests? Then let the GENERAL tab simply summarize key elements of the other tabs as an overview. ...

I recently copied my outlook.pst file into a newly installed Outlook 2003. I can view my contacts thru the Contact icon, but when I am creating a new e-mail and I click on To: to view and select a contact there or no entries to select from.

Sirs, I´m trying to syncronize the outlook 2003 SP 2 with my blackberry device. I have a contact database with 793 registers. When the sync software (intelisync) arrives at the record 392 they stop with error.
