When synchronizing outlook with my phone all e-mail addresses from the phone
got placed in the "e-mailadress 3" field. Is it possible to remove ALL e-mail
addresses in this field (3) from ALL contacts at one time. Or do I have to do
it contact by contact?

I have setup my mail but It seems I used personal folders and I guess I
goofed. anyway to undo?

My supervisor wants me to update his contacts.  When I do them from my
computer, I can only see my categories. How can I see his catergories?  Do I
have to import them?  If so, how do I do that?  (Microsoft Office 2003)

I successfully imported the contacts from my office computer (which is
connected to a LAN) to a new home computer, but the record of emails and
notes, etc. under the "activities" tab did not import. Am I missing a step in
the import/export process, or will I be unable to import ...

My outlook contacts database appear to have been updated to remove the
leading + from phone numbers being stored.  Particulary annoying when trying
to sync with mobile and PDA ?

i need to extract the email addresses of MS outlook but always ran into
the security manager dialog box. i wish to remove that aspect for the
program time. is there a way through vc++ that i can temporarily
disbale that service and later restore it.

The activities tab in Contacts tells me when I sent or received e-mail from a
contact. I would like to (hard copy) file that proof of correspondance. Can
anyone tell me how to either print that list or export it to a program that
can print it? Many thanks!

I have an excel file with customer info which fit into three different
categories.  I have all three categories in one column separated by comas.  
When I import them, they all fall into the same category.  But when I open it
then click on categories then save and close, it sorts ...

We are running Windows XP in our office. We are in the process of planning
the migration from Office 2000 to Office 2003 but we are running into what
seem to be limitation within Outlook 2003 that we don't experience in Outlook
200.

I have many contacts and only use the phone list view.  I have clicked on
something and all of the gridlines have disappeared.  I can't figure out how
to put them back.

When entering many contact records what is the quickest way to save and open
a blank record

I sent a group email as usual yesterday. I have been doing this for several
months. Yesterday the email started broadcasting every 15 minutes to all the

Ive made a distribution list with just name & email,failed to click "add as
contact" box for each one.Now the contact box isnt there when I try to edit

How do I alphabetize the outlook e-mail "To" column such that I can see the
name alphabetically

I want to create a csv file of all my contacts and put it on my destop to
later retrieve and add to my earthlink webmail address book.  If I create the
csv file via "import and export" in Outlook, will it do anything to my
current contacts as they appear in Outlook now?
