I am trying to add a category to the Master Category list that is available to all on the network. I added it in the server, but it is still not appearing on the other locations.

I have access to another persons contacts and (for email purposes) want to access these (shared) contacts via an outlook address book. I have seen the instructions provided in response to other postings on this topic. I have followed them (closely!) and they do not work for me.

You can't automatically add recipients set-to or replied-to in 2003. This was available in 2000 and we gather this information as required by Sorbanes Oxley for our operations.

When I add a new contact in Outlook 2003, the 'Display as' field is filled in by default in the following format: Mike Smith (email@domain.com) ..but without the underlining.

Is there a way to import the global catalog contacts into the normal outlook contacts, I know there is a way to do each contact 1 at a time but I want the ability to import the entire gloabl catalog into a pst file.
