How do I set up a distributuon list so that email addresses of individual
members are not viewable by other members in the 'To' box?  This has
implications regarding the Data Protection Act UK.

I have placed names, first & last, in my contact folders and when I put them
in an e-mail, they are not sending.  The reason I only put their names, is
because there are about 3,000.  Outlook at my company is set up so that if
you just put a name, it will find the e-mail address ...

When you type an email address into Outlook it prompts you if it is an
email address you have used before.
Where is the list stored?
Can it be migrated to a new PC?

I just changed companies and the new firm uses outlook 2002; I want to import
my contacts created in outlook 2003.  The IT guys couldn't figure it out.
Is it possible?

Hi, When I click to CC someone in an outlook email, it only offers my primary
contact list to choose from.  I have several subfolders in my contact list,
but can't get to them.  Is there a preference or something that allows
subfolders to be included?  Thanks.

I cannot receive replys or emails from some people in my contact list. This
problem started in May after years of receiving emails from these same
contacts. I can send mail and they receive it - they send a reply or back
mail to me but I never get it. It shows up in their sent ...

I want to select multiple contacts and set the value of the "account" field
to "Friend" for my selected contacts. Is there a way to do this?

I use categories extensively.  In the past I have been able to change the
view to “by category”, then copy and paste all the contacts in that category
into a separate folder for further sorting and/or exporting from JUST that
category.

I am a Realtor, and use both OUTLOOK and Top Producer software.  TP7i is
where all of my contacts get entered.  I can send email from either product.  
My cell phone has a voice dial feature which reads my Outlook contacts only.
I need to have software which can keep all TP7i ...

What is the easiest way to back up my contacts to a cd. Basically it would be
used if my computer crashed or something.

The Activities function seems to take a very long time to search all emails
for a particular contact.  Is it possible to identify only which folders you
want to be searched?  If so, how do you you this?

I read the article Sue suggested, but do not know what to do.  I click
contacts then go to properties.  My custom form is in a box that says
associate this form with this folder, then there is a manage button.  The
manage dialogue box includes an install section and a save as ...

I have Outlook 2003 and we use SBS2003 and access our email RPC via Http.
I have created several new distruition lists etc.. and they are not
appearing on the global list is there any way to force it to up date?

When I look at the contacts display, I would like to add one more field to
the view.  How can I do this?

Is there a way to add a title to a contact without changing the lookup alpha
sequence?  I need to add "Rev." to several contacts but don't want alter how
they appear in a lookup.
