Using Microsoft Outllook 2003 I am trying to do a mail merge using the subfolders in my Contacts file. When I go to "Recipients -- Select from Outlook Contacts", I get only the main contact folder displayed. How do I access the subfolders?

None of my contacts is in my contacts folder, it's in the back up. When I tried to add a contact into my contacts folder, it pulls it in back up and I am not able to view it in the contacts folder. Can someone help me to put my contacts back in the right folder?

I am trying to import an excel sheet with 3558 contact entries into Outlook 2003. I have mapped the fields and the items that go in are correctly formatted but only 3002 items are imported. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a limit?
