My email addresses have been saved in the contacts folder of Microsoft
Outlook but I would like to have it in the Address book so that i can send
emails.  Please help

We are using Outlook 2003.
I have 2 users that we share their contacts folder.  We have decided that we
would like to combine them and make a public folder that is more accessible
to all our users.  Combining them would make it easier than having to re-type

All email contacts were put directly into Address Book, not Contacts.  Now,
the Address Book is missing and am unable to locate it.
However, a New email form will allow me to type a person's name or email in

I recently upgraded my entire system: new hard drive, bought a full
version of WinXP, and Small Business version of Office XP. This was an

In ignorance,  I copied back a .pab file after re-installing Windows
and Office XP.  I did not know I should have exported and imported it.
This created a second 'contacts' leaving the first one in an invalid
state, hence I 'lost' the ability to open contacts when composing, but

All my custom categories disappeared, I assume due to the recent Office 2003
update.  This problem is one of many i've had since that update.  I wish that
MS would stop using the public as beta testers.
Anyway, when I try to create the missing custom category again by clicking
