I use Outlook as a customer database for use with my iPaq.  So many
companies/employers change names or are being bought/sold that it takes
considerable time to cut and past the name changes.  Is there a better way?

I am trying to use my contacts in Outlook to send faxes by way of word 2003,
however Wrod does not recognize any contacts and shows no addresses in the
outlook address book.
