I copied the Contact data on a CD.  I then try to import the data from the CD
to Outlook on another computer and it give me a message that I do not have
permission to do this.  
This should be a simple exercise.  What am I doing wrong

an e-mail?  The list currently sorts by full name which sorts by first name.

I saved my contacts from windows 2000 outlook 2003(old computer) in a .pst
file.
New computer with win XP, now unable to import the file into outlook 2003 as
message says this is not a .pst file.

The last time I printed out my contacts list was Dec 2004.  I am now trying
to update all changes.  I am finding when I want to change the phone number
it no longer puts the area code of the number in parenthesis automatically
like it did in the past.  I do not know what version ...

When I'm in Category view ... none of my contact are listed in alphabetical
order, yet with every other view, they are alphabetized.  Is there a
workaround or way to get them to list alphabetically.

Don't know where these names and email addresses are stored.  They are NOT in
my contact list.  What's the scoop?  Worm? Trojan?

After all day using my mail my computer stopped filling in automatically
completing addresses in my Send to field

How do I send and email to all contacts in contact list without having to
manually select each contact.
Also, I have many of the same names on different distribution lists.  When I
select the multi lists the person will get multi email from me.

How do I take an Outlook group, and convert it into labels in Word?

I'm thinking of switching to OUTLOOK for my contact system for clients and
prospects. I'm wondering if I can somehow import the data so I don't have to
manually enter every single contact one at a time in Outlook?
