I cannot email anymore out of Outlook .  What happened?

I have two diffferent contact files with some overlap in their content. I
woudl like to compare them - how do I do this?

Stuck with an old PC (old office version - 2002) and my contact db was saved

We have an Office Contacts in Public Folders, and we have lots of people
still maintaining personal contact lists. Now we need to generate a bunch of
mailing labels for various contacts who reside either in the Office Contacts
or in a users Personal Contacts.

The old version of outlook let me assign a default email address when I had a
contact with 2 or 3 different email addresses.  That worked really well.  Now
when I enter a 2nd email address, it appears as a 2nd contact in the address
book and I have to select which email address I ...

I want to sort Contacts by category AND keep the look/format of address
cards.  I don't want the long "phone list" view that automatically appears
