Outlook 2003 SP2.
My son has been using OUTLOOK but has never added any contacts.  However he
has sent lots of mail.  He has all his friends addresses cached in the "TO"
field.  Is there anyway to extract that list?

If I've already sent this please forgive me.    I had Office EX then put on a
trial version of 2003.  Trial was up and I went back to XP.  Unfortunately,
now I can't open any of the PST Folders.  Can this be fixed?  The message I

How can I organize meeting notes, by date and topic, within an Outlook
contact file? For example, I use Outlook to manage my calendar. When a
meeting occurrs, I would like to review notes from previous meetings with the
contact that I will be meeting with as well as notes from ...

On exporting contact records with Notes, I find that the export creates a
separate cell for every line in the Notes field instead of one cell for the
entire Notes field.  Is there any way to keep all of the Notes data together
in one field?  This is a biggy for me.

In this day and age 4 telephone numbers isn't nearly enough per contact.  It
must be possible to add more....but how?

I've created a public folder that contains all of my contact information as
well as a calendar and task list. My question is, is how do I set it up so

I use xp, Outlook 02.  I file all my contacts by Last name, First name as
well as display in the same format.  My Personal Address Book is tied to my
contact list.  When I put in contacts, my address book files some by last,
first and some by first last.  I've tried to correct it ...

when I send a message I would like outlook to automatically save the adress
in the adressbook.

When I was clearing/deleting emails from my inbox folder, I inadvertentlky
blocked a valid email and corresponding email address from my inbox.  Can I
undelete the block so I can receive emails from this person in the future?
