Not all email messages sent show up under activities tab in the contact info.
Why not?

I have saved many messages into separate folders in my Inbox but not added
the individual senders email addresses to my contacts. Can I easily or
automatically now create group email lists for each of my separate folders?

When I forward contact information (by going through Actions/Forward) the

How do I transfer my e mail contacts from my main computer to my lap top
which is hooked up to a wireless router.  Outlook to outlook express

First, what field on the contact card is used for column one on the
Distribution List?
Secondly, by knowing that, can I then make my distribution list read: Last
name First name?  (it doesn't matter if a comma is there or not for me)

When I try to add a contact in outlook when I type in the email address and
then go to display as the email address that I typed disappears.

I know how to create a distribution list by adding names one at a time. What
I want to be able to do is search my contacts for a key word, then create an
email distribution list from the returns.

I have a client who's been using the drop-down in the "to" field as her
address book. Stupid, I know, but now I need to set her up on a
different PC.

The contact searcher in Micrsoft Office Outlook is not finding some of the
contacts that are in there.

I got a CD that the office depot geek squad copied for me which has my
favorites, music, outlook email and contact etc... all on the disk.  I paid
$100 for them to do this for me.  Now that I have the disc, I still cant
access the files on the disk to copy them contacts and email ...

I'm sure this question has come up before, but searching through I
couldn't find exactly the answer to my query.
