My father had his computer worked on and when he got it back the addresses
under Contacts had been converted to messages. The icon on the the subfolders

I am having trouble saving a newly designed form and having it be the default
form for a specific folder.  I do not know how/where to save it and what
extension to use.(assuming that is how it is done)  Outlook 2003 seems to be
lacking in providing a default template directory ...

We have MS Xchg Server - the whole 9 yards - large organization and all.  
One person has his normal outlook account and is also "owner" of another
account used for his entire department.

When I send a contact record as a v-card to someone else - when they receive
it - it is missing the notes section of the contact - is there a way to send
the entire contact record  - not the entire contact folder - just an
individual contact.

I received e-mail that was sent to me and 50 others, I want to save all 50

I recently had to change my server to POP and in doing so lost my contacts in
Outlook 2003. There is another user on this XP system how can I copy his

Select a contact and I want to "Insert as Text Only" but that is grayed-out
