We have Outlook 2003 and a Exchange 2003 with a Contact Public Folder.
Many if not all users can not use the "Find" on that "Favorite" folder.
Advance Find will return the correct results - but using the <Look For:>
from the Find button returns nothing.

I moved some old contacts from an archive folder into Contacts and now my

One of my clients made some changes to her company's contact lists, and
now there's a very peculiar problem that I cannot get solved.  What was
