We have Outlook 2003 and a Exchange 2003 with a Contact Public Folder.
Many if not all users can not use the "Find" on that "Favorite" folder.
Advance Find will return the correct results - but using the <Look For:>
from the Find button returns nothing.  

I have made a mailing label sheet in word, and imported it into excel.  I
want to put the addresses and contacts in outlook contacts.  I have used the
import export function in outlook, but the details are coming in in seperate
entries, ie address as one contact town as another.  ...

I moved some old contacts from an archive folder into Contacts and now my
