I had to do the named ranges in Excell to get my contacts into Outlook, however, now that I am able to get the information to cross over to contacts. It will not pull over my first contact in the file. I mapped out the crossover. I hope you can give me more answers... Can anyone ...

Somehow my contact folders got mixed up and now the main folder for my contacts is an older one. My most up-to-date folder is a subfolder. I'd like to merge all my contacts into my main folder without creating duplicates or loosing new contact info. Any suggestions?

I am wondering if anyone on this list can help me with this problem: I am trying to import an excell file to outlook contacts but it is giving me an error that the file has no named ranges. I need to name the range os data .. does any one know what that means?

Please explain how I can set a custom contact card as my default for when I enter in new contacts for outlook. I designed a form from the tools menu and published it, but if I look under the View menu, there isn't a tab to "manage views" or "set as default". Help.

In previous version of Office while I'm viewing a contact, I could click on tools and enter a journal entry for the contact I'm viewing and that journal entry is automatically associated with that contact. Can I still do this just as easily.

If i enter a birthday under a contact within my pst personal contact list, it does not appear in my pst personal calendar, it appears in my default outlook calendar instead. Any ideas how I can get the birthdays to appear in my personal calendar?
