I have my contacts seperated into several folders. I add new contacts from
the e-mails, by pointing to the from and select add to contacts. Is there a
way to set one of my contact forlders as the defauls folder where the new
contacts are added?

We are using Outlook on an Exchange server.
Everyone uses the same address book, which is located in a Public folder.

Outlook 2003 SP1.
I use two different contact folders at work, one for business and one
for personal.
When I select the To: button on a new message, then select the Show

When I compose an email and press the "to" button, the dialog box pops up as
it should, but it does not display my contacts in the list field.  I selected
every option on the drop-down menu on the right, but it always says there are
no addresses.  I know this isn't the case ...

I have palm software with contact that I am trying to export to outlook. I
export as V Cards. When I try to imput to Outlook, I search for the V Cards
and find them, whne I select import, it only brings the first card , that is
it. Not any of the other addresses. Any Help....

When I export my address book into an excel file,  the email address did not
transfer.  Is there a setting for this?

I add a new contact to my list of contacts and then when I try searching for
th contact it does not appear. But the contact is very much there in the list
as I tried locating the contact in the alphabetical order. But the contacts

We have the following environment.
Exchange 2000 running on SBS 2000 Server.
Clients Running XP Pro SP2, Office XP and Outlook 2003.
We want to have a central database of contacts that represent our customers

I have created 4 public contact lists. From the Administrator Account I have
added them to favorites, and clicked "show this folder as an e-mail address
book". What I would like to do, if there's a way, is to apply these settings
to all the accounts in the office. I'm wondering ...

I have 50 Contacts and in the "Company" Field is the name of the company Ex.
"ABC Co."
I can of course sort by that field and find everything titled "ABC Co."
How do I then select each of those individual contacts and change "ABC Co."
