In the past I have been able to dial Contact's phone numbers from Outlook,
and then picking up the phone once the dialing had started.
Now, I can't do it. I get a message that Outlook can't detect a dialtone,
and to check my phone cables or ensure that noone else is on the line. ...

The new and recent official way of writing phone numbers in French Canada
should be similar to the US/Canada way of using hyphens and 10-digit numbers,
that is, NO MORE parenthesis for the first three digits as it used to be.

I have moved my outlook PST files from an old PC to a new one.
I can view all the old emails, contact etc and all is fine apart from ...
When I create a new email then click any of To, CC or BCC the 'Select Names'

At work i exported my outlook contacts to a .pst-file using the export
option. I tried exporting it back in to make sure it worked, it did.
I then took the .pst file home, but here i can't import it!

Hi...
A friend of mine's PC came up with a slew of "lost clusters" and it took XP
nearly 20 minutes to re-resolve all the problems.  PC was pretty messed up
but I was able to save off her OUTLOOK.PST file.  From there I put the XP CD

I use Outlook 2003. Is there a code to run in order to change the "File As"
fields for ALL contacts? I found a code for 2002 but not for 2003.
I want it to change the appearence in the Address Book as well!

I have desktop with Outlook 2002 and am setting up a new laptop with Outlook
2003. My Contact folder is extensive with created Categories and data.
Is there a way i can share my Contact folder between the computers so that i
am always using updatd contact info?

Selecting Import and Export from the file menu in Outlook 2003  I immediately
receive this error message: "Could not complete the operation. One or more
parameter values are not valid." What does that mean? I need a solution.

I have created a form for my clients, I want this to be the default form in
this folder.  I have tried importing a contact list from an access dbase but
the imported dbase does not use the same form and I have tried, with my
limited intelect to change these forms to correspond ...
