In the past I have been able to dial Contact's phone numbers from Outlook, and then picking up the phone once the dialing had started. Now, I can't do it. I get a message that Outlook can't detect a dialtone, and to check my phone cables or ensure that noone else is on the line. ...

In Outlook Contacts: The new and recent official way of writing phone numbers in French Canada should be similar to the US/Canada way of using hyphens and 10-digit numbers, that is, NO MORE parenthesis for the first three digits as it used to be.

I have moved my outlook PST files from an old PC to a new one. I can view all the old emails, contact etc and all is fine apart from ... When I create a new email then click any of To, CC or BCC the 'Select Names' wndow appears but there are no details of any of the contact listed ...
