The mail I am sending is coming back undeliverable because there are too many
contacts in the distibution list. How can I create a list 1 and a list 2 by
splitting them without inputting 50% of the names again? Thanks

It seems that outlook does not allow you to save a number with a + symbol for
international calls hence when syncronising with a mobile the numbers get
screwed up? Any ideas how to save a + into the number?

I have created several individual distribution lists and I want to combine
them (or insert them) into one distribution list. How do I do this? I tried
dragging. It didn't work. I tried using add members, but the new lists do not

I got a new machine and transfered my pst file to it and all my mail and
contacts are  intact.
Except when I go to send an email and click the To button or when I click
the address book, I get this error message.

I enter phone numbers as xxx.xxx.xxxx  They are then being automatically
converted to (xxx) xxx-xxxx.  How do I turn off that feature?  I do not want
the phone numbers displayed that way, I would like them to display the way I

So I've been working with my address book. I've done a FEW VB scripts
for various things, but it's all basically been cut and paste. My
scenario is this.

I am using catagories to send emails to multiple recipients. When I select
multipe contacts, the message is only sent to the first email address on a
company contact and not to email 2 and email 3. How do I get around this?
