Trying to move or copy a complete contacts list from my folder into a public
folder but am unable to do this. I have editor rights on the public folder

When I put a phone number into a contact in Outlook as soon as I save it
Outlook underlines it and inserts a hyphen in the middle.  When I transfer
this to my mobile phone and use the number I get a message saying there is
something wrong with the number.  how can I stop Outlook ...

I am using Outlook 2003 and I am used to the e- mail address's prompts that
help me when I start typing the contacts in the To, Cc or the Bcc fields. I
understand that I hadnt saved those addresses in my address books and they
are also not available in the global address book.

How can I send an e-mail to 25 contacts at once?  My dilema is that I
cannot let the others know whom else I am sending the e-mail to.  Is
there an easy way to accomplish this?
Please help.
