When I am trying to add a contact ,i receive  this message. Can anyone
explain to me what i should do?

In my contacts there are 2 cards of 400 which i can not open. It gives error
msg "This item can not be open. Unsufficient memory or system sources.Close

When selecting Contacts from the Show Names From drop down when sending a new
email, the list is empty in Outlook 2000 - In 2003, it appears empty, but if
I scroll way down and to the right, a limited number of contacts show up.

I am running XP and Office Professinal and want to be able to share my
contacts in Outlooks wwith Outlook Express for emails.
While Outlook and Outlook Express are entirely different programs, they can
share one important thing: the contacts in their address books.

I have XP Pro w/ Office 2003 Pro Edition,
within Outlook Contacts list I have duplicate entries for every contact
within my list,

To preface in am not the most computer savvy, however when i got my new
computer and shifted contacts folder i had two folders namd "contacts" and
"contacts(backup)" contacts was empty and I used the "backup" file as

I am not sure how but I have got now a number of contacts in my  origianal
contact list and somehow now I have a contacts (2) list.  I would like to
merge them both or get all the addresses from the contact (2) put in to just
the normal contact list.

Cuurently only ACT! 3&4 can be imported to Outlook
Sage as bought ACT! and reporgramed it, it's unstable and crashes continuosly
I up graded to ACT! 2006 V.8 and can't go back to an older version.
I want desperately to migrate to Outlook, but I can't import it.

I cannot seem to send mail from a friends house using his wireless
connection.
Outlook 2003 returns an error message saying the mail cannot be delivered.

WE have a secretary who maintains a master contacts list for our small
company.  It is a shared list so we can all see it, but we cannot get to it
when we are in the process of sending a message. To wit:

I have a number of contacts each with an email address. I would like to tag a
contact into different but potentially overlapping groups. This would allow
me to email a group based on different criteria. For Example your sibling may

In the activities tab for a contact in the Public folder, I can see the
journals but not the e-mail or tasks.  So, I go to properties of Contacts and
tell Outlook where to look for e-mails and tasks (in my personal inbox &
