When I try to select the address from any message window in outlook 2003 (the address book usually pops up) but recently it does not respond and the both the mail and the outlook window freezes. I use the ctrl alt and delete command to end the new/forwarded mail task and it ends ...

I am having diffiuclty dragging and dropping contacts in OWA. I can open the *.msg but the svae and close feature is not fuctioning. What am I missing? Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted to allow this to happen?

My mail merge worked fine with the letters, but won't merge into lables or envelopes. All my contacts are from outlook. They show up in the dialog box, but when I press select all, the merge labels and/or envelopes does not happen.

We are sharing our contacts, but are unable to share our sub-folders in contacts. I have done everything. What do you do to be able to share the sub-folders under contacts? There has to be a way otherwise this tool is useless, everyone has more than one contact folder. HELP!
