I am trying to use mail merge to send an email to different people but I am
confused.  I select the contacts then go to Tools, Mail Merge. Then in the
window I select "Only selected contacts", New document, Form Letters, Merge
to: E-mail and put in a message subject.  I click on ...

When I try to select the address from any message window in outlook 2003 (the
address book usually pops up) but recently it does not respond and the both
the mail and the outlook window freezes. I use the ctrl alt and delete
command to end the new/forwarded mail task and it ends ...

Just a friendly warning from someone that just
"shot a hole in their foot" in being computer
smart but "Contacts" ignorant.

I am having diffiuclty dragging and dropping contacts in OWA.  I can open the
*.msg but the svae and close feature is not fuctioning.  What am I missing?  
Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted to allow this to happen?

I would like to print only certain contacts in full address format. How do I
do this, without having to type out the full contact list of 88 pages?

My mail merge worked fine with the letters, but won't merge into lables or
envelopes. All my contacts are from outlook. They show up in the dialog box,
but when I press select all, the merge labels and/or envelopes does  not
happen.

Been using MS outlook 2003 for a while. Today when I clicked on select name
while trying to send an email the address book will not open and the email
page froze.

I was trying to do a mail merge from outlook (also tried starting in word)
using my contacts to create mailing labels.  I did the work around as
published in help article 320838.  When word should display my address's it
comes up blank and gives the message 'dialog or database ...

list via excel, but cannot add new ones or import from .pst file. ...

Using Outlook 2003, using the import/export wizard, when I select "export to
a file", then choose MS Excel, in the next window where folders should appear
(so I can select my contacts to export) there is NOTHING! Unless I select
"export to a .pst file", the window is blank. Why ...

When I send emails (Outlook) from a distribution list the recipients can see
everyone else's name I've sent it to. I'd like to prevent that from
happening. Is this possible?

I know the email address but want to find out who it belongs to in my Outlook
2003 address book. I can't list by email address in the same way I used to be
able to do with OUtlook 2000

We are sharing our contacts, but are unable to share our sub-folders in
contacts.  I have done everything.  What do you do to be able to share the
sub-folders under contacts?  There has to be a way otherwise this tool is
useless, everyone has more than one contact folder. HELP!
