I have created a CD file from Outlook 2000 on my old computer and now wish to
Import that file to Outlook 2003 on my new computer but it will not allow me
to access the Cd file

I am using Outlook 2003 Contacts as my email address book.
In Outlook 2003 Contacts, business contacts are filed as a full business
name; personal contacts are filed surname then christian name or initials.
When I open the email address book approx. 30% of entries are out of

Outlook used to show my list of contacts by individual categories, which made
it easy to find contacts.  Now the contacts list shows combined categories
only.  What used to appear as just "Friends," now appears 3 separate times:  
"Friends," "Friends, Holiday Cards," and "Friends, ...

I exported an Excel list as CSV into an Outlook 2002 Dirtibution list and
lost all the Excel fields exceot the name and job titles.  L ots addresses,
city, email field, etc.  How do I tell Excel to export all the fields or how
do I tell Outlook to import them all?

I have a regular contact list, and within this list I have two
subcontact lists.  One is personal, and the other is personal
business.   How can I password protect the personal and personal
business lists?

Is it possible that the ability to create a letter from an Outlook contact
information has been omitted from Outlook 2007 Beta, or have I just missed it?

Is there a way to allow the users to maintain their own contact details
(telephone, cell, pager, etc) or is this something the administrator should
do when setting up new users.  If admin, great for new, but how to handle the
120 current users?

When filing new contacts into categories, I can't get then into alphabetical
order within the category, they sit at the bottom of the list.
I never had this problem with Window 89 SE, only XP.

In My Contacts I show one Contacts Folder, however when I go to mail and
click on the address book Icon, there are two Contacts listed.  The first one
is empty and the second one contains my contacts.  How can I delete the empty
Contacts folder.

and in distribution lists. How can I easily find out how many addresses are
located in each place - Address Book-totally and each individula distribution
list.
