how do i get my contact list to my outlook address book

how to send and receive mdb files with microsoft outlook

My Outlook contact field no longer puts the dash in the appropriate place
when just entering numbers. It use to do so. How can I repair?

Using Outlook 2003, sp-1, on Exchange 2003. Have set up 115 Contacts on
custom forms (some forms containing up to 40 categories).
I am unable to create a distribution list from these Contacts; I can set up
the list and add names to it but when I click on Save and Close Outlook

I have a user that is using a mid sized distribution list.  When she sends to
the list it sends to addresses within her contacts that are not on the
Distribution List.  She has deleted and recreated the list and the same
problem occurs.

when I try to send a message to a certain distribution list, I get a pop-up
that just says "an unexplained error has occurred" I tried delete the group
and re-adding it but it still happens

The hard drive crashed, reinstalled software. Moved outlook file over from
backup, all contacts are there,as well as email. Contacts cannot be moved
into the address book, says the file has been moved/deleted/ or no rights to

Hi - Under my MSN address book, I clicked import and export contacts, I then
clicked export, I then de-selected e-mails and exported the address book.  It
said done.  I have looked in my outlook and cannot find the addresses

I am developing site in asp.I am trying to send mail.Using CDO.Message
but in local i can send but in Remort server.....my cade is

On some computers, Contacts automatically adds the paranthanthese around the
area code and also adds the dash after the prefix.
My Contacts won't do that.  Can I set it somehow?

Is there a limit on the number of characaters you can use when naming a
distribution list  (created in contacts).  Using Msoutlook 2003.

I'm running a small office network using Win 2k with a domain.
We use Outlook 2000 on all machines.
Is it possible to set up a contact distribution list wich can be accessed by
all machines?

When completing a mail merge I am unable to transfere the Job Title info to
my address label. I can do all other fields exept the job title not sure why?
