I'm trying to import the contact .pst file created in Office2003 into Office2000 without any luck. Is the file not backwards compatable (office2000 has all updates applied). I keep getting the message, 'properties for this information service must be defined prior to use'

Outlook should have the ability to specify which email account to use for sending messages which would override the default account for designated contacts. The current rules only seem to address incoming emails.
