How does one restore all the activities associated with my contacts that was in Outlook 2000 and now I'm using 2003?

I recently uploaded a second contacts database which I am now using as my primary. However when I try to add a sender's name from an email by right clicking on it, it continues to go to my old contact list. I would like to add only to my new contact list.

updates to my address book often do not change the pull-down list available when I want to sent an e-mail message. I contacted a "Microsoft professional" through your one free query program but was totally put off: He contacted me with an answert that came nowhere

All my phone numbers in outlook have the prefix +44. My pda on windows mobile will not dial out with this prefix. Is there a method of globally removing this prefix from all the records, or do have to edit them individually?.

I don't understand Dialing Properties>Edit etc. Any helpfile etc available anywhere? From UK, I want to prefix 18185 before international, 0845, 0870 and calls to mobiles; otherwise prefix 1899. And my antivirus tries to block every call

I have a user that has all of his contacts in separate .msg files on disk (he took these with him from another insitution - did not export as .pst file). I am unable to convert them in Outlook or import them into the address book on his new computer.

I recently upgraded my office suite and my wife had a large amount of task and activities set up in Outlook 2000 which do not seem to be in 2003. How can I restore those activities without her having to redo everything she did?

After selecting new mail option followed by the to field there is limited search feature provided looking for a contact. Using the find feature in contacts is a much more powerful feature allowing a user to ssearch every field.

I am running Outlook 2003 in standalone POP3 mode. When I click on the TO: button no names are appearing and in the Show Names from the: box it says "Outlook Address Book". I want to show the names from my Contact list instead but Outlook Address Book is the only option I have.

Using Outlook 2002. Contact list was wiped clean after running Detect and Repair. The missing e-mail addresses pop up when addressing e-mails, so they must be somewhere. Thanks
