I've sent off a newsletter to about 6,000 subscribers.  2 of them are stuck
in my Outlook Drafts folder and won't delete out.  The error message is: "The
item could not be deleted. It was either moved or already deleted, or access
was denied."

How do I send an email message to only one member of a contact group? I have
groups with 40-50 contacts, but I don't want to send everyone a message. I
want to be able to select several members to send a message to. Can this be
done?  I am using Mircosoft Office 2003

I want to insert the same note into several of my contacts.  
For example, I want to put in the notes that I did a mailing on a certain
day and want to jot a note to myself for the mailings I did for each of these
certain contacts.... Hope that makes sense

My office employees use MS Office 2003 [SP1] on a Windows XP [SP2] platform,
and ee use Exchange 2003 [SP2] for a mail server.
It has been brought to my attention that when our employees compose a New
Memo and click on the 'To...'  button, so to bring up the Address Book, and

I am having duplicate contacts created after synchronization with Palm
Tungsten E.  How can this be prevented?  I have gone in several times to
delete the duplicate entries.  Sometimes they duplicate again and sometimes
other contact come in duplicated.

After importing a backup of my contacts from an older computer to a new one
the Address book won't link to contacts even after checking checkbox as the
help file suggested

After sending lots of e-mails and getting replys my sent e-mail folder
remains empty, i have tried clicking it several times but it is failing every
time.

I have several Custom Fields for my contacts. How do I get them to display
when I select Categories to display all the infomation for contacts in the

In OL 2007, when you open the address book there is a choice of "name" or
"more columns" at the top that determines what is searched for.  I have had
no luck figuring out what "more columns" actually searches.  I've entered a
company name and things from other fields and rarely ...

I'm using Outlook 2002 SP3.
I recently imported my contacts list from gmail to Outlook. Even though
I set my "File As" structure to "First, Last", (in
Tools>Options>Preferences>Contact Options) the contacts I've imported

I've scrolled and read through keyword searches relating to my issue,
and have taken the advice I see, but nothing is working:
I exported my gmail contacts to Outlook 2002 SP3. I saved as a CSV file
in Excel and then imported them into my Outlook Contacts folder.

When I export contacts either into Excel or Access, the File As field is not
exporting. Is there a way to get this to export. What I need to do is export
the file, modify it to add custom field and import it back and have the 'File
As' keep its setting. I am able to export and ...

them in email deleted folder.......why?? and how do I move them back??
