Unfortunately when I have moved several contacts that have been deleted, outlook moved them under one contact and I cannot move them from there to be separate contacts. Please help.

When I add a new contact contact and type in the phone #, Outlook tries to dial the phone # automatically. Is there a way to turn this feature off? Thanx!

I just setup a new PC with XP Pro - SP2 and Outlook 2003. I copied my PST file to a CD and imported it into my new PC. All my mail is there and my Outlook contacts - as well as appointments. The problem is this:

I need to import a 500 item list which I have as a xls and csv file into a Distribution List and not the general Contacts address book. If I try as a xls file, it asks for a range. I read the help file but it makes no sense.

I have a Card Scan program that reads all my business cards info (great!) which I then easily put into my contacts. I don't want to have to now type in all of that info, one by one, into the Access database - but I also need them there too.

It is the strangest thing i have seen in a while. When i right click on an internal email address to try and add them to my contacts, instead of seeing the email address i get 業敫攮汬潩瑴潀潰潤挮浯. This happens only for internal personal and not for external contacts.

Recently after upgrading from Stand Alone w/s to Exchange connected PCs. Users sometimes get an error when sending to distribution groups in their Contacts folders. I find when adding the groups to the to: line and trying to expand the group you get the error of "The Command
