I am running Office 2003 SP2 on two PC's.
I read a post about exporting contacts & it was suggested that using
'export' was not a good idea.  When I tried to export contacts to a pst file,
upon opening the file, it was empty apart from 'deleted items' & 'search'.

I have saved my Outlook contacts on a floppy disc in Notpad and need to add
them to a new PC and as they are formatted in Notepad I can not find a way to
add them

I'm trying to import contacts from an Outlook 2007 Beta address book into a
Windows Sharepoint Services contact list, but I keep getting the following
error message:
"To import contacts, you must have and Address Book compatible with Windows

How do I turn off autoformatting of Contact Phone Numbers?  I don't want to
export the extra characters to my cell phone.

I tried to import contacts to Outlook from Lotus Notes using vcf file, but
only first contact was imported. Is there some way how to import all of them?
May be not to use vcf file?

Unfortunately when I have moved several contacts that have been deleted,
outlook moved them under one contact and I cannot move them from there to be
separate contacts. Please help.

How do I make the conversion of email addresses if the programs are on
different computers?  I cannot believe Microsoft would not create a way to do
this.

How do I go about transferring the data in my old Outlook (Microsoft Office
XP Small Business Edition) to my new Outlook 2003 (Microsoft Small Office
Edition)?

I would find it extremely helpful if Outlook allowed and Email 1 and Email 2
entry, as telephone numbers do.

I am trying to add and sort the column headers in the OL03 address book.  
Sorting contacts or customizing the view of the contacts folder has not
changed the layout of the address book fields.  New Mail Msg>TO:>=Select
Names.  I have several hundred subcontractors to contact and ...

When I add a new contact contact and type in the phone #, Outlook tries
to dial the phone # automatically. Is there a way to turn this feature
off?

After setting my inbox for headers only, I am unable to open my messages. The
options to check "unmark header" or open don't work. How do I go back to
having the messages come directly to me from my server

I need to send a mass email, and don't want the addresses of all of the other
recipients to appear.  How can I get just the name of the Distribution List
to appear, and not the people in the list?

I just setup a new PC with XP Pro - SP2 and Outlook 2003. I copied my PST
file to a CD and imported it into my new PC. All my mail is there and my
