I am looking for a quick way to determine the number of contacts currently
entered in my Outlook directory.  Can anyone give me the shortcut?

I am trying but am not having much luck. First with the address book
open and seeing my contacts list, I went to add new entry and selected
new Dist List. So now I see in BOLD the name of the new dist list.
Now I have in Excel as an xls file a list of 500 names and the columns

How do I change phone number categories in Outlook 03 contacts? Example: I'd
like to change a fields I never use, like "TDD/TTY", to ones I would, like

Outlook Express and other email systems have a feature that will
automatically add contacts from incoming emails or when a message is replied
to.   Haven't  been able to find this feature in Outlook.  How can this be
