Is it possible, using a Personal DL built from my Contacts list, for the DL name to appear on the Recipients copy of the email (in the TO: Addressee line) and not all the individual email addresses? Or do I have to send it to the DL using bcc? Thanks

You have ruined Outlook by being overly security conscious and preventing MDB files from being emailed. You have reuined Outlook by not allowing short cuts to be inserted into the text body of Tasks.
