I have been trying to create a list which contains 200-300 external emails. I get an error that says it has exceeded the max size for a list. I have found no documentation that tells me any list size limits. How do I best create a list of external addresses?

When someone gives me a new email address I remove the old one from contacts. But, when I go to send that person an email the old address shows up how do I fix this issue?

I had to run an email recovery program because Inbox Repair Tool didn't work, and now my contacts are missing. Aren't they kept separate from the .pst file, and if so where and how do I get them back into Outlook? John Collins

I know how to do it in theory, I've followed the instructions, but it comes out chaotic looking and on 2 lines and not alphabetical. I just want a straightforward, one-line/person, list of my contacts alphabetized by company that looks like the phone list.

The *.Nk2 file is present. I've done a detect and repair, but for some reason when user types in the first letter, or first few letters, of e-mail addresses used previously, nothing comes up.
