I have been trying to create a list which contains 200-300 external emails.
I get an error that says it has exceeded the max size for a list.
I have found no documentation that tells me any list size limits.
How do I best create a list of external addresses?

When someone gives me a new email address I remove the old one from contacts.
But, when I go to send that person an email the old address shows up how do
I fix this issue?

can someone tell me how to configure Outlook 2007 to use LDAP directory

I had to run an email recovery program because Inbox Repair Tool didn't work,
and now my contacts are missing. Aren't they kept separate from the .pst
file, and if so where and how do I get them back into Outlook?

I know how to do it in theory, I've followed the instructions, but it comes
out chaotic looking and on 2 lines and not alphabetical. I just want a
straightforward, one-line/person, list of my contacts alphabetized by company
that looks like the phone list.

When creating an email my contacts don't appear in my Address Book. I used to
be able to click on the TO... and a list of my contacts would appear. How do

I have outlook 2003 and never worked with outlook before.
I have created another outlook profile (Call it profile #2) and wish to
import or copy contacts from profile #1.
In profile #1 I have my personal contacts (Call it Contacts #1) and another

The *.Nk2 file is present. I've done a detect and repair, but for some reason
when user types in the first letter, or first few letters, of e-mail
