I am trying to have my outlook automatically archive contacts that I haven't
used for a while so I don't have to manually do this.  That way I don't waste
time archiving them myself but I don't completely lose their informatino in
case I do need it later.  Any suggestions???

We have distribution lists available to certain groups.  HR wants to get a

Our company likes to maintain a list of contacts for our clients. Four of us
have our contacts folders shared in Outlook.
The problem is that some of us have Blackberrys. They connect fine to our
Exchange server.

my system locks up when I try to download my contact and appointment info to
the Sharp Organizer.  Sharp Tech support said it is a problem with Outlook
settings but they can't help.  Any Ideas?

I see there is no way to automatically link an Office document to an Outlook

I am using Outlook 2003 in an exchange server2003 environment.  When I use
the outlook address book to view my contacts none of my new contacts are
displayed.  Everything is configured correctly but only the contacts that
were oringinaly imported from a .pst file are displayed.

I use my Contacts for all my customers
When I click on contacts it shows them all in alphabetical order
I have also opened additional folders names  Wales & Scotland Etc
Into these 2 folders I have dragged & dropped the customers in them areas
