how can i automaticaly add a name to my address book when i send an email to
it, or reply to it?

I have tried creating a new pst. contacts folder...when I copy contacts into
this forlder it creates entries with those contacts using all of the
categories in each contact. (so each contact appears in several lists - just
like in my main contact folder)  I only want ONE category ...

By default the WAB shows only four fields (columns) in the right pane
for each contact: Name,E-mail Address,Business Phone,Home Phone.
Is there a way to change that?

My contact list sorts by last name.  When I click on "To" or "cc", the
"Select Names" box comes up sorted by first name.  How can I change this so
that all are sorted by last name

I'm using Outlook 2003 SP2 and want to forward a distribution list.  The help
tells you to go to Insert and then look up but there is no look up option in
the menu!

When I try to use mail merge in outlook it fails to complete. Word opens and
get the help box, click on complete setup. The setup opens, step 1 works,
step 2 get data works up to the point of get data from the address book. at

When I open my address book it displays all entries in 7 point size.
How do I incease this size without changing the size of other items?

I followed the instructions for copying mail and addresses from one computer
to another, but when I open the "contacts" folder, none of the addresses
appear in any of the distribution lists.

I created three distribution lists and added my contacts there.  I noticed
that they were all still in the "Contacts" list and went back to delete them,
