we use Outlook in my home office, I would like to prevent people from being able to copy or email these contacts with out permission. Happy to disable printing or emailing in this case as long as it does not effect email or printing elsewhere on the computer

I have tried creating a new pst. contacts folder...when I copy contacts into this forlder it creates entries with those contacts using all of the categories in each contact. (so each contact appears in several lists - just like in my main contact folder) I only want ONE category ...

By default the WAB shows only four fields (columns) in the right pane for each contact: Name,E-mail Address,Business Phone,Home Phone. Is there a way to change that?
