When I create a new contact, I almost always add a HOME address. But the form opens with BUSINESS address and too often I forget to change it. Can I set a preference so that it opens with home address?

I am using Outlook 2003 for my address book. How do I get it to sort by the last name? I tried for example: Doe, John and it sorts by John Doe. If I sort by Doe John it will sort by Doe John which makes the name look like that is the correct name.
