IMy company was just acquired and my laptop re-imaged.  In the move I
lost the ability to have outlook contacts automatically format the
phone number field (US only).  Previouly I could enter 1234567890 and
it would automatically convert to (123) 456-7890 on exiting the field.

Where is the send letter to contact button in Oultlook 2007?  I use this
