I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange, I have created a Public Contact Folder which I have added to my Favorites, In the properties I have selected the add to email list. When I try and access this folder (merging in Publisher) it is not there,

I'm using OL 2003 SP2. The view is set to address cards, sort by File As (ascending). But, the sort does not work correctly. Within one company, it will list some of the names sorted correctly within the first group, then the rest of the names

I am running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. What I am wanting is a simple way to have a singular point for sharing contacts for all users. I am wanting every user to be able to go to the address book and view all of the company contacts.

My company was just acquired and my laptop re-imaged. In the move I lost the ability to have Outlook contacts automatically format the phone number field (US only). Previouly I could enter 1234567890 and it would automatically convert to (123) 456-7890 on exiting the field.

I have backed up and exported my contacts from Outlook from drive c on my computer to drive d in my documents but cannot open the new folder in drive d. It just keeps saying "open with" and offers to select a program from the web. Please help!

Does anyone know how to change the default Email Type from Ex to SMTP? I wanted to make it easier for users to lookup a colleague's email address. I know you can open the user card and select the Email Addresses tab to find this out, but I would prefer it if they could find it ...
