I want to change the colour of messages from certain contacts so that they
are easily indentified when I check my inbox.
EG: the Name, subject, time & size are displayed in red insted of black

A coworker was trying to delete a few items from his Contacts folder and
accidentally deleted A-P.  They aren't in his Deleted Items folder.  Any

In Outlook 2003, the contacts are set to display e-mail addresses. I would
prefer to keep it set to display the name only, as in previous versions of
Outlook. When sending to multiple e-mail addresses, this is a security
nightmare.

I have recently purchased a MacBook Pro including Office 2004 for Mac...How
do I transfer my "Contacts" from my regular PC Microsoft Office 2000 into the

Whenever I leve my contacts and go into mail and then return to contacts it
starts from the top again. I have over 1000 contacts and it is a pain to
always have to find it again especially when it is far down such as a   "W"
name.

I have Outlook 2003 on my home computer and on my busines laptop. On my home
computer, there is a column on the far right that gives me an opportunity to
go to a letter of the alphabet and find the contacts that start with that
letter. It's very helpful.
