I'm moving computers and would like to take me settings from Outlook 2007.
Is there any easy way to move your favourite folders, rules, settings and
e-mail accounts to another computer without entering it all manually again?

Using Outlook 2003, complete installation.  There are no error
messages, warnings or any other nuisances to indicate an incomplete or
erroneous setup of Outlook 2003.  With that said... here's what I need

I recently upgraded to 7.02 itunes. Now all of my contacts in outlook don't
show up on my ipod. I tried to copy the contacts from outlook into the
contacts folder of ipod and it still didn't work. What is the problem??

This is the oddest thing..... I have just noticed (as I was about to do a
label mail merge) that some of the mailing address for some of my contacts
are not displaying in the contacts view or in the individual address box in
the individual contacts window.

Using Outlook 2002, I made a distribution list.  When I click on the list I
see 2 columns - Names and E-mail.  But both columns have only the email
addresses, no names.  (boy@domain.com               boy@domain.com ---- not
           John Doe                     boy@domain.com)

Is it possible to construct a contact GROUP such that, when you send an
e-mail, each of the recipients ONLY sees their name ... and not all 100 ( for
example ) ?

i have one little question about custom forms for the outlook contacts. when
i create a custom view the general tab look in outlook 2003 like in versions

when i try to set up the list and do a custom view with the field business
phone, the phone numbers for individual clients do not show up. I was unable
to get the company name to show up. I am using Outlook 2003.

I'm trying to change the email address in someone's contact card, but it
refuses to accept it as an email address.  Outlook won't even let me save and

I recently exported then successfully imported a large (half Gb) .pst

We run Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 installed on each client machine.  On
our server we have an Access database with a table of contacts.  Is it
;possible to make this data available as a contact list wsithin Outlook?
