Importing a bunch of Contacts in CSV format. Is there any way I can save the .map file and have it become the "Default map" file? It's a pain redoing the map mask every time I import. TIA.

I have many distribution lists. Names on these lists are not on my main contact list. If I go to a distribution list and want to delete a name, how do I find that name on the distribution list? What do I click? Randy

Whenever sending email, I have an invalid address which automatically fills in when I type the first few letters. It is really annoying because it is one letter off from the correct address. How can I get rid of this address so it doesn't auto-fill anymore?

i use microsoft outlook for sending and receiving emails. when i send emails they get sent to addresses in my contact folder for which they are not intended for. i have scanned my system for viruses, no viruses have been detected.

we have an exchange 2000 server and most of our users have outlook 2000, a few have 2003. I created a public folder with contacts from outside the company, but it is not sorted the way we would like.
