HOW CAN I EXPORT MY CONTACT LIST TO OUTLOOK IN ANOTHER COMPUTER?

Since installing IE7, I can't receive emails via outlook express 6.  I have
no idea how to sort this problem.  I know I have been sent emails.
I can send emails though.
Also, when I open outlook express it keeps asking for my logon details -

My main Windows user became corrupted and I had to create a new user and
reconfigure a lot of things in Windows.  I use Outlook Express for email and
Outlook for contacts.  I was able to reconfigure everything, but I cannot get
access to my contacts list.

Hi, I have several different phone number formats going on.. some are
NNN.NNN.NNNN or (NNN) NNN-NNN  or NNN-NNN-NNN ... you get the picture.
I'd like them all to be (NNN) NNN-NNNN but also want to avoid doing it
by hand.  Is there a way I can force the phone number fields to do what

I would like to set up a contact for a company with which I deal with many

i am many contacts in outlook 2003 contacts tab but when i click address book
it there is not "contacts" but "all contacts" and there is nothing in all
contacts.

I have two similar distribution lists in my Contacts list, called Temporary
closurse and Temporary Closure Notices.  The latter got deleted from my
contacts accidentally so the former was created to replace it.

I seem to have 2 contact lists.  The one in the left pane appears to be
accurate and up to date.  The one in the Standard Toolbar is a different
version and in-accurate.  How do I safely remove the toolbar version and
retain the other version?

i have a number of custom forms that was using in OL03. i have reinstalled
OL03 on a new computer. i imported the .pst file into the existing, new,
personal folder. all the contacts and email are there. but not the custom
forms.
